Seats paid for in advance give you a firm number, not an estimate. You open sales, watch the counter, and order from the caterer with a figure nobody on the committee will argue with.

Does our treasurer need to open an account somewhere?
A Mollie account in the association's name, linked in minutes from your dashboard. That account receives the payments: we never hold your money.
Can we give seats to the committee, the press, our sponsors?
Yes, with codes. Create a batch of single-use 100 % codes, export it as CSV, and hand one to each person: every code works once only, so there is no fear of it circulating. A 0 € ticket costs us nothing either — commission is worked out on the discounted price.
